Tanzania's Serengeti Safari Expedition

This 6-day, well-priced safari takes you to experience the breathtaking wildlife amid diverse landscapes in Tanzania. You will see animals up close and photograph the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania. We will explore Tarangire National Park, home to a huge concentration of elephants, and Arusha National Park, famous for its dense forest and Mount Meru. A visit to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, and the “Garden of Eden,” the Ngorongoro Crater, concludes the safari.

Day 1 :

Arrival in Arusha

At the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport), our personal driver-guide or Full Package Adventures representative will meet you. From here, you will be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay, waiting for your adventures to start the following day. An optional Arusha city tour is possible to familiarize yourself with the safari capital of Tanzania. • You'll be picked from the airport. • Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Day 2 :

Arusha Planet Lodge To Arusha National Park

After breakfast, we will pick you up from Arusha Planet Lodge and start an amazing journey to Arusha National Park while carrying lunch boxes. After the game drive, you will have a short walking safari accompanied by a park ranger to explore the park. Once the game drive and walking safari are complete, we will return to Arusha Planet Lodge for dinner and our overnight stay. Arusha National Park is home to an abundance of animals, including the black and white colobus monkey, African elephant, Cape buffalo, hippo, zebra, giraffe, and even the camera-shy wildebeest. It also has spectacular landscapes, Mount Meru, a waterfall, and an expansive open savanna (referred to by many as the small Serengeti) that gives way to a patch of acacia scrubland before finally culminating in a lush rainforest.

Day 3 :

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes. After an extensive game drive and enjoying the park's beautiful nature, we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, which hide among the branches of the trees, and a considerable number of bird species, like flamingos, on the soda lake, Lake Manyara. Numerous colonies of baboons populate the forest and will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park.

Day 4 :

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, our tour guide driver will pick you up from the lodge and depart for Ngorongoro, where we will have a game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drive is done, we will transfer you to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and one of Africa's natural wonders. The crater constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, where nomadic societies live in harmony with wild animals, and their livestock (cattle, goats, sheep, and donkeys) graze along the wildlife. The crater is home to about 30,000 large mammals all year round, such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, and a wide variety of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here within a short time!

Day 5 :

Tarangire National Park To Arusha

After breakfast, we will pick you up from the lodge and start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drive is done, we will transfer you to Arusha Planet Lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay. The name of Tarangire National Park originated from the Tarangire River winding its way through the parkland. The river is the primary water source for wild animals during the dry seasons. The park is also well-known for its large elephant herds, iconic giant baobab trees, and diverse seasonal swamps and savanna landscapes. We may have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching while relaxing in the trees above.

Day 6 :

Arusha Planet Lodge to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport

Today, after breakfast, spend some time relaxing at the lodge, and if you want and time allows, take a short tour in Arusha for shopping accompanied by our guide. Finally, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure back home or to another destination.

The best time for this safari depends on your preferences. May to October is generally considered the dry season, ideal for wildlife viewing. However, other times of the year offer unique experiences, such as the lush greenery in the wet season.
